Argo Infrastructure Partners Achieves Industry-Leading ESG Scores Across Its Managed Infrastructure Portfolio

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Argo Infrastructure Partners, LP (“Argo”) today announced that its funds and its portfolio companies achieved top-tier results in the 2025 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Infrastructure Assessment, reflecting the strength of its focused stewardship and close asset management strategy. Ranking 2nd in a peer group of 14 for one of our strategies.

The 2025 results confirm a year of continued sustainability leadership across Argo’s infrastructure portfolio. All reporting assets improved upon their 2024 performance, with:

  • 13 of 14 assets scoring in the 90s out of a possible 100,
  • 5 assets ranking 1st or 2nd in their respective peer groups, and
  • 2 assets that each received a score of 99.

These scores, across all managed assets, demonstrate sustained outperformance in areas such as climate risk, governance, stakeholder engagement, and emissions management. All of these are focus areas within Argo’s active asset management strategy.

The framework evaluates the performance of infrastructure assets across multiple metrics, including climate risk, stakeholder engagement, governance, emissions, and safety. Argo uses the annual assessment to benchmark and enhance sustainability performance across its portfolio.

“This annual assessment and effort by our team is a critical component of how we measure, benchmark, and continuously improve our sustainability performance, and it plays a key role in driving impact across our portfolio. It is also coupled with equally strong financial performance at the assets,” said Jason Zibarras, Founder and Managing Partner of Argo Infrastructure Partners. “This year’s results reflect the commitment of our teams and asset partners to operationalize sustainability, not as a reporting exercise, but as a means to improve resilience, reduce costs, and generate value.”

These results underscore Argo’s active asset management model and responsible investing philosophy. Sustainability factors are embedded throughout the investment lifecycle, our stewardship protocols, and in our Responsible Investing Policy.
