Niron Magnetics Appoints Shyamli Mohamed as Chief Financial Officer to Drive Financial Strategy and Growth

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Niron Magnetics, the company pioneering the world’s first high-performance, rare-earth-free permanent magnets made from Iron Nitride, announced the appointment of Shyamli Mohamed as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Shyamli will lead Niron’s financial strategy, fundraising, and capital planning in support of the company’s rapid growth as it scales its breakthrough magnet technology.

Shyamli brings deep financial expertise and a strong track record in international finance leadership, business growth, and strategic execution across global public and private organizations. She has held senior leadership roles in energy, technology, telecommunications, and renewables, where she led multiple cross-finance and supply chain functions. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Eavor Technologies Inc., a first-of-its-kind geothermal start-up.

Her extensive experience in capital raising, corporate finance, building and leading finance teams, and driving both organic and inorganic growth will be critical as Niron Magnetics scales now and into the future. Shyamli holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bombay, is a Certified member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMA), and completed Executive Management studies at Harvard Business School.
