ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--North Highland, the leading change and transformation consultancy, welcomes Ryan Buri as senior managing director of Growth and Alyssa Martin as senior managing director and consulting leader for its Technology Transformation Team. This strategic leadership appointment follows North Highland's January 2025 acquisition of The Bridge, which added 160+ technology experts to the firm's capabilities.

  • Buri brings over 18 years of progressive technology consulting expertise from premier firms such as Ernst & Young and The Bridge. He has a proven track record of advising clients on technology transformation strategy, technical execution in large-scale cloud and data programs, and change management work aligning technical teams with enterprise vision. In this role, Buri will lead growth initiatives for the team, harmonizing robust technology consulting experience with a passion for driving client outcomes.
  • Martin brings more than 15 years of experience in professional services, advising Fortune 100 companies through high-stakes transformations. Drawing on a career that spans technology startups, creative agencies, and consulting portfolios, she has built a track record of driving innovation and measurable impact for clients. In her new role, she will oversee practice delivery, client partnerships, and the overall consulting experience, helping organizations navigate complex transformation with a people-first approach.
