A proven growth leader and innovative strategist, Hatfield brings over two decades of experience in the insurance brokerage and risk management industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Indiana University and has led large-scale growth initiatives, spearheaded mergers and acquisitions, and consistently outperformed industry benchmarks in organic growth, retention, and producer development. Hatfield most recently served in senior leadership positions where he guided organizations through transformational growth strategies while developing top-performing talent.
