Prime Capital Financial Appoints Angel Taylor as Chief Human Resources Officer

Seasoned HR executive to lead talent strategy and culture to support national growth

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prime Capital Financial announces the appointment of Angel Taylor as its first chief human resources officer (CHRO). Taylor will oversee the firm’s people strategy, leading human resources across all business units and driving initiatives that strengthen culture and accelerate growth nationwide.

Taylor brings more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams and creating people strategies that enable business growth and long-term success. Most recently, she served as head of people and culture at TreviPay, where she led initiatives that enhanced workplace culture, empowered teams, and implemented strategic HR practices. Previously, as senior vice president of human resources at Barkley US, she drove all aspects of talent management, as well as integrations for mergers and acquisitions. She also held several leadership roles at Cerner Corporation, leading global workforce planning and leadership development.
