AM Best to Sponsor and Present Insurance Market Briefing at APCIA Annual Meeting

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will host a market briefing on the state of the U.S. property/casualty and global reinsurance industries in conjunction with the American Property Casualty Insurers Association’s (APCIA) Annual Meeting, on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at 2 p.m. EDT at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL.

At the market briefing, AM Best Senior Directors and Jacqalene Lentz and Carlos Wong-Fupuy will discuss the current state of the U.S. property/casualty and global reinsurance markets, as well as preview 2026. Key topics will include a review of recent rating pressures; developments in the surplus lines and delegated underwriting authority enterprise (DUAE) markets; the most recent trends in the global reinsurance market; and what might be moving markets as the industry approaches the Jan. 1, 2026, renewal season. The event is open to APCIA attendees and will take place in the Mediterranean Salon 6 room at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, the same location as the APCIA conference.
