Armanino Foods Announces Dividend Increase to a New All-Time High

PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTCQX: AMNF) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.05 per share, up from the prior quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. This marks a new all-time high for the Company’s dividend payment and represents the 102nd consecutive quarter of dividend distributions.

The dividend will be payable on or around October 24, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2025.
