Media Advisory: Economic Growth Business Incubator Celebrates $42K Grant

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), Encore Bank and Texas Capital will celebrate a $42,000 Partnership Grant Program (PGP) award at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, 2025, with a check presentation.

Economic Growth Business Incubator (EGBI) is an Austin-based nonprofit that provides training, coaching and support to aspiring and existing business owners who face barriers to growing a successful business. EGBI will use the grant to increase the hours of one of its business coaches to assist its clients faster with less wait time.

The PGP offers a 5:1 match of member contributions—up to $25,000 per member—to support community-based organizations involved in affordable housing or economic development activities that complement other FHLB Dallas community investment programs.
