Aristotle Capital Management Expands Investment Team with Two New Global Research Analysts

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aristotle Capital Management, LLC (“Aristotle”) today announced that Yassine Hilmi, CFA, and Justin Cohen, CFA, have joined the firm as Global Research Analysts. With their addition, Aristotle Capital’s investment team now comprises 20 members, reflecting the firm’s long-term commitment to strengthening its research capabilities. Yassine and Justin are both graduates of Harvard Business School’s MBA Class of 2025 and former Aristotle Summer Interns. Their addition underscores Aristotle Capital’s long-term commitment to strengthen its research capabilities.

Yassine Hilmi earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2025, and he also interned with Aristotle in 2024. Before business school, he held lead roles at OCP Group, the world's largest producer of phosphate and phosphate-based products, where he contributed to major financing deals, led industrial performance consolidation and advised on green energy initiatives. Fluent in French, Standard Arabic and Tamazight, Yassine brings a global perspective and experience, spanning industrial performance, sustainability and international finance. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Justin Cohen earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2025 and served as a 2024 Summer Intern with Aristotle. Prior to business school, he was an Investment Analyst at Boston Children’s Hospital Investment Office, where he conducted due diligence, sourced fund managers and supported investment decision-making for the hospital’s endowment and pension assets. He began his career in the Strategy and Transactions practice at Ernst & Young. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Finance and Spanish, Justin is fluent in Spanish and a CFA® charterholder. He brings institutional investment experience and analytical rigor that will contribute to Aristotle Capital’s research capabilities.
