Share

Radcliff is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience within large healthcare providers and over a decade of supply chain leadership. He joined Premier in May 2023 as Group Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and has helped enhance the competitiveness and differentiation of the company’s group purchasing business by bringing a strong provider perspective.

Prior to joining Premier, Radcliff led supply chain operations for Advocate Aurora Health, a Premier member health system with more than $15 billion in revenue. Under Radcliff’s leadership, the health system minimized product shortages and their impacts on clinicians and patient care. He also oversaw all aspects of the organization’s supply chain operations and functions including sourcing, site operations, capital, purchasing, distribution, service contracting, data integrity, analytics and supply chain technology.

“Bruce has played an integral role in advancing Premier’s supply chain capabilities and deepening our partnerships with members and suppliers,” said Michael J. Alkire, Premier’s President and CEO. “His experience operating within large provider systems and his ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide supply chain operations give him a unique perspective as president of our core supply chain business. I am honored to work with Bruce and his team as we continue to drive cost, quality and operational improvements across the healthcare supply chain.”

“Premier’s strong supply chain foundation, technology-enabled innovation and deep member and supplier relationships create a tremendous opportunity to deliver even more value across the healthcare continuum,” said Radcliff. “I’m proud to lead supply chain services at such an important time for the company and for the healthcare industry, and I look forward to partnering with Mike and the broader leadership team in our continued support of Premier’s mission to transform healthcare.”
