The new Pistachio Crunch features a rich and nutty centre of pistachio blended with white chocolate and crispy kataifi pastry, enrobed in either smooth milk or bold dark chocolate and finished with pistachio pieces nestled in the chocolate shell for a satisfyingly crunchy finale.

The Pistachio Crunch joins Purdys Chocolatier's top-selling Dubai Bark in their pistachio-flavoured lineup, reflecting the strong consumer demand for Dubai-inspired treats in both milk and dark chocolate varieties.

"Building on the success of our Dubai Bark earlier this year, which helped us understand what resonates with customers regarding pistachio and appealing flavour experiences, we're thrilled to offer another Canadian-made version of this viral chocolate trend," says Kriston Dean, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Purdys Chocolatier. "These insights shaped our approach to creating a beautiful piece that both satisfies what customers are craving now and feels uniquely Purdys."

Starting on International Chocolate Day on September 13, Purdys Pistachio Crunch will be available in a 6-piece gift box, both in-shop and online, and by the piece in retail, for a limited time only. Shoppers will also receive complimentary samples of Pistachio Crunch with every purchase online and in-shop, while supplies last.
