Bell Partners Appoints Sparkle Mixson as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience / Marketing

Former First Key Homes SVP will lead the company’s strategic customer experience initiatives, marketing, brand development and digital engagement efforts

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bell Partners, Inc., one of the nation’s largest apartment investment and management companies, today announced that Sparkle Mixson has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience / Marketing. In this role, Mixson will lead the company’s strategic customer experience initiatives, marketing, brand development and digital engagement efforts across its portfolio. She will be based in the Company’s Atlanta corporate office.

Mixson has over 20 years of experience in driving customer acquisition, leading teams, building brands and enhancing lifecycle marketing. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Experience at First Key Homes (a single-family rental company), Mixson was instrumental in scaling the company's portfolio from 5,000 to over 52,000 homes during her eight-year tenure. Before that time, she was a vice president of marketing for seven years at First Communities. Mixson is a graduate of Strayer University and serves on the Zillow Rental Advisory Board, where she has helped shape industry best practices.
