New AI-powered medical risk screening helps organizations protect global travelers before departure – see it in action at GSX 2025

The Pre‑Travel Health Screening service helps organizations identify and manage medical risk before travel begins, empowering employees and employers with decision-ready medical intelligence to reduce avoidable emergencies, fulfill duty of care obligations, and promote confident travel.

Integrated with Everbridge Travel Protector and powered by Salesforce HealthCloud, the service guides travelers through a secure, self-completed medical screening. Based on responses, it automatically determines travel clearance or escalates to clinical review when necessary. Travelers flagged for follow-up are routed to a clinician or, if needed, a doctor for medical clearance and lab testing.
