Media Advisory: FHLB Dallas, Austin Bank and Woodforest National Bank to Present $54,000 in PGP Funds to Support East Texas Entrepreneurs

TYLER, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), Austin Bank and Woodforest National Bank® will award $54,000 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funds to support local entrepreneurs during a ceremonial check presentation at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

The funds will support Greater Texas Community Capital Finance, doing business as Lending Avenue®, which provides affordable capital and technical assistance to underserved entrepreneurs across East Texas.

The PGP offers a 5:1 match of member contributions—up to $25,000 per member—to support community-based organizations involved in affordable housing or economic development activities that complement other FHLB Dallas community investment programs. The program is funded on an annual basis, and funds are distributed through participating FHLB Dallas members.
