Jenni Lee Crocker Named 2025 Business Insurance Women to Watch Honoree

Crocker recognized among women leaders for outstanding contributions to the insurance industry

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Business Insurance has named Jenni Lee Crocker from Alliant Insurance Services as a 2025 Women to Watch honoree. The recognition showcases women leaders who have made a significant impact on their organizations, the insurance industry and their communities.

Crocker is an Executive Vice President, Regional Director, overseeing the expansion of Alliant’s footprint in the Southeast. Drawing from over 30 years of industry experience, Crocker uses her business acumen and tactical account leadership to drive strategic growth, in addition to creating new training and development programs that push forward the advancement of women in insurance.

A true servant leader, Crocker leads by developing growth opportunities for women in the industry. Crocker co-founded The Skylight Initiative, a group focused on placing more women on private and public company boards. She also founded and presides over the Virginia Women in Insurance group, offering networking opportunities and skills development to support career advancement.
