Andersen Expands Tax Practice with Addition of Transfer Pricing Leaders

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen is pleased to welcome Andrea Adler and David Talakoub as managing directors in transfer pricing. They join us from a boutique transfer pricing and valuation firm, along with a small team. Their deep expertise and strong track records advising multinational companies will further enhance Andersen’s ability to deliver sophisticated tax solutions to clients globally.

“As regulatory scrutiny and cross-border tax complexity intensify, transfer pricing has become an essential area of focus for our global clients,” said Mark Vorsatz, global chairman and CEO of Andersen. “Andrea and David bring the kind of specialized expertise and seasoned judgment that businesses need to navigate today’s dynamic tax environment. Their addition reflects our continued commitment to delivering best-in-class, seamless solutions to meet the evolving needs of multinational companies.”

Andrea Adler joins Andersen with over a decade of experience in global and local transfer pricing documentation, planning analyses, and intangible asset valuations. She has worked with clients across various industries, delivering practical, operational transfer pricing advice to align policies with business strategies.

David Talakoub brings more than 20 years of expertise in transfer pricing and tax valuation, including advising on global planning strategies, operational transfer pricing, intangible asset valuation, and corporate restructuring. He previously served as a co-managing partner at a boutique transfer pricing and valuation firm and held a senior tax role at a leading technology company.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Andrea and David to Andersen,” added Dan DePaoli, U.S. country managing director. “Their leadership and experience will enhance our transfer pricing capabilities in the U.S. and globally. They understand the complexity our clients face and bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach that aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering high-impact, forward-looking advice.”
