Holborn Corporation Announces Promotion of Stephanie Rabin to EVP and COO

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Holborn Corporation’s Board of Directors unanimously approved a motion to promote Stephanie Rabin to COO at its most recent meeting. Stephanie’s appointment is in recognition of her extensive professional accomplishments, industry expertise, and wide-ranging contributions to advancing Holborn’s client relationships and operational efficiencies.

The promotion of Ms. Rabin, previously Holborn’s SVP and Chief Strategy Officer, reflects Holborn’s continued commitment to well-established leadership, allowing Holborn to continue its focus on its independent and client-centered operation. Ms. Rabin will continue to report to Holborn’s President and Chief Brokerage Officer, Adam Manus.

Stephanie has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Holborn in 2016, she held leadership roles at Aon, where she was a Partner in their M&A and Business Transformation Advisory Solutions Group, and at Guy Carpenter. Most recently before joining Holborn, she served in a COO capacity leading Operations at Aspen Insurance U.S.

Stephanie earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics from McGill University, Montreal and received her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University. She is also an Associate in the Casualty Actuarial Society and has recently served as the Chair for the Casualty Actuaries in Reinsurance.
