Headlining this year’s event are award-winning actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas and prominent organizational psychologist Adam Grant, each bringing unique perspectives on the future of work.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, a trailblazing actor, producer, and entrepreneur, will lead an impactful session titled “Rewriting the Script: How Creativity Sparks What’s Next.” In conversation with Whitemore, Chopra Jonas will discuss her unique perspective on how creativity fuels innovation and inclusion, and how storytelling, curiosity, and bold thinking can transform the way we work, lead, and build community.

Adam Grant, bestselling author, organizational psychologist, and Chief Worklife Expert at Glassdoor, will take the stage in “A View From the Top: Transforming Culture for People to Thrive.” Joined by Glassdoor President Owen Humphries, Grant will dive into the mindset of today’s workforce, addressing rising anxiety and stagnation. This session will offer practical strategies to boost engagement, develop leadership in talent acquisition, and build inclusive, high-performing cultures that attract and retain top talent.
