Kemper Announces $500 Million Share Repurchase Authorization and Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a new share repurchase authorization, under which the Company can repurchase up to $500 million of its common stock. Repurchases may be made from time to time at the Company’s discretion, subject to market conditions and other factors.

In addition, Kemper also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share. The dividend is payable on September 2, 2025, to Kemper’s shareholders of record as of August 18, 2025.
