Rusty Hardin & Associates Promotes Lawyer Kendall Speer to Partner

Ms. Speer joined the firm in 2023 with a focus on complex business disputes and commercial litigation

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rusty Hardin & Associates is pleased to announce that attorney Kendall Valenti Speer has been promoted to partner at the Houston-based civil and criminal litigation law firm.

Ms. Speer, who joined Rusty Hardin & Associates in 2023, is a seasoned litigator who focuses on commercial litigation and complex business disputes. She has experience in a wide range of areas, including partnership disputes, employment and trade secret litigation, appellate litigation, construction, oil and gas, real estate litigation, and probate litigation.

Before joining Rusty Hardin & Associates, Ms. Speer was a partner at Houston law firm Crady Jewett McCulley & Houren LLP. She also clerked for one year at the Supreme Court of Texas for Justice John Phillip Devine.

Ms. Speer graduated second in her class from South Texas College of Law, where she was also a member of South Texas’s nationally recognized advocacy team, participating in moot court competitions across the country. During law school, Ms. Speer also had several internships, including a judicial internship for Judge Vanessa D. Gilmore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She also served as law clerk for Rusty Hardin & Associates prior to graduating law school.
