AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: BW) announced today the closing of the previously announced sale of its Diamond Power International business to Austria-based Andritz AG for $177 million, subject to customary adjustments and expenses.
