Bespoke Partners Promotes Jenny Gray to Partner in Expanding CEO Search Practice

Jenny has been with Bespoke Partners since 2019, most recently serving as Senior Vice President in the CEO practice. In that role, she has led over 70 successful searches, specializing in placing high-impact CEOs and board members across private equity portfolio companies. Her work spans growth equity to buyout stages, with depth in B2B SaaS, Go-to-Market, and Chief Customer Officer roles.

She has been a trusted partner to firms such as Thoma Bravo, Insight Partners, Clearlake Capital, K1, PSG, and others—helping to identify, recruit, and place exceptional leaders who can drive value creation and growth.

Before joining Bespoke, Jenny built a strong commercial foundation with experience in advertising and sponsorship sales at the Wall Street Journal in New York, followed by software and PEO sales at TriNet.
