Rincon Broadcasting Group Acquires Five Regional Midwestern Television Stations

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rincon Broadcasting Group (Rincon) announced today the completion of its acquisition of televisions stations WVTV (CW, MNT) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; WICD (ABC) and WICS (ABC) in Champaign-Springfield-Decatur, Illinois; KHQA (CBS, ABC) in Quincy, Illinois/Hannibal, Missouri/Keokuk, Iowa and KTVO (ABC/CBS) in Ottumwa, Iowa/ Kirksville, Missouri.

Under Rincon, the stations will continue to provide operational and administrative services to GOCOM Media television stations.
