CBIZ, Inc. Names Tony Consoli as President of Property & Casualty Insurance Division

Consoli assumes the role after Mike Gill’s 13-year tenure, emphasizing a growth-oriented, client-centric, and industry-focused approach.

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CBIZ, Inc. (NYSE: CBZ), a leading national professional services advisor, today announced the appointment of Tony Consoli as President of CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc., the firm’s Property & Casualty Insurance Division, effective July 1, 2025. Consoli succeeds Mike Gill in this role, who has assumed an advisory role in the company.

Tony Consoli joined CBIZ in 2011 and brings more than 30 years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry. During his tenure, Consoli has held several key leadership roles, including Regional President for both the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, as well as National Practice Leader for Health Care and Alternative Risk (Captives). He has a strong track record of reducing clients’ total cost of risk, enhancing profitability, and fostering collaboration among clients, CBIZ business partners, and carrier relationships.

“It’s an exciting time to step into this role, not only to lead our team but to guide our clients through an increasingly complex risk landscape with clarity and confidence,” said Consoli. “I’m excited to lead a team that delivers high-impact strategies and insights that support our clients’ growth.”

As President, Consoli will oversee the strategic direction and growth of the Property & Casualty Insurance Division, with a focus on operational excellence, business development, and client service nationwide. He will also drive industry specialization initiatives to further enhance service delivery to CBIZ clients across various sectors.

“Tony brings a deep understanding of how risk management connects to business performance, which is exactly what today’s clients need. Under his leadership, I’m confident our team will continue to evolve and provide forward-thinking solutions for our clients,” said Mike Kouzelos, President of CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services Division of CBIZ, Inc.
