RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

On July 1, 2025, the Board was informed of the resignation of Bpifrance Participations as non-executive Director of Eutelsat Communications, with immediate effect.

The Chairman would like to express its sincere gratitude to M Samuel Dalens, permanent representative of Bpifrance Participations, for his contribution.
