AHF: SCOTUS Skrmetti Ruling a ‘Triumph of Politics over Medical Science’

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) issued the following statement today regarding the court’s 6 to 3 ruling earlier today ruling that Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for transgender minors can remain in effect.
