TNS Connects to MOON ATS and OTC Overnight to Expand Global 24x5 Market Data Access

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transaction Network Services (TNS) today announced new market data connectivity to MOON ATS™ and OTC Overnight, the after-hours equities trading venues from OTC Markets Group. These latest additions to TNS' expanding portfolio for 24x5 equities trading solutions underscore its ongoing commitment to providing access to emerging trading venues around the globe.

MOON ATS offers access to securities listed on major exchanges during the overnight session. OTC Overnight complements this with access to actively traded OTC equity securities during the same hours. These platforms are designed to meet the growing global demand for extended trading hours, particularly among institutional and retail traders in Asia. By connecting to these venues, TNS helps clients with new trading strategies and supports more seamless, continuous execution across time zones.

“The MOON ATS and OTC Overnight integration gives our clients expanded access to US equities during their business hours in Asia,” said Jeff Mezger, Vice President of Product Management at TNS. “Interest in continuous trading is accelerating, and we’re helping firms stay ahead by supporting new venues purpose-built for a 24x5 world.”

Demand for real-time, always-on data continues to grow, and traders are looking for more diverse trading across asset classes during overnight hours. TNS provides the infrastructure and expertise needed to help firms navigate and compete in a 24x5 market environment.

“By quickly bringing MOON ATS and OTC Overnight to their clients, TNS is delivering fast, reliable market data to traders wherever and whenever they trade,” said Cromwell Coulson, CEO of OTC Markets Group. “It is a pleasure to collaborate with strong partners developing client focused solutions that reflect the reality of tomorrow's markets – active across global time zones and operating beyond traditional hours.”

MOON ATS joins a growing roster of overnight venues supported by TNS. As these venues gain traction with a broader mix of institutional and retail participants, TNS is uniquely positioned to help them scale through its robust global network and deeply integrated customer base.
