The Best Creative Solution award celebrated CORT Party Rental’s transformative work on a large-scale corporate event at Seattle’s T-Mobile Park. Over a single four-day install window in winter conditions, the team built 37,000 square feet of climate-controlled tented space directly on the baseball field, delivering two back-to-back immersive guest experiences. The activation featured skyline views, a custom faux parking lot, arcade, and fully fabricated décor—proving CORT’s ability to meet high-stakes challenges with speed and ingenuity.

CORT Party Rental was also honored with the Excellence in Sustainability award for its innovative Green Bag Program, designed to reduce plastic and hanger waste generated during event setups. Since launching in early 2024, the initiative has diverted more than 1,050 pounds of plastic from landfills and recovered over 21,500 hangers—supporting clients’ corporate sustainability goals while reinforcing the company’s operational commitment to waste reduction.
