D.A. Davidson Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Trimlight, Inc. on Acquisition by Corinthian Capital and Valesco Industries

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that its Consumer Investment Banking team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Trimlight, Inc. (“Trimlight” or the “Company”), a pioneer brand in exterior permanent LED lighting solutions for residential, commercial and municipal end markets, on its sale to Corinthian Capital Group, LLC (“Corinthian”) and Valesco Industries, LLC (“Valesco”).

Headquartered in the greater Salt Lake City area, Trimlight is a leading provider of permanent exterior lighting solutions, serving a large and expanding customer base through a rapidly growing network of more than 300 exclusive dealers across the United States and Canada. Trimlight’s product portfolio spans accent lighting, holiday lighting, security lighting, landscape lighting, and more.
