Lumen Appoints Mark Hacker as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lumen Technologies (NYSE: LUMN) today announced the appointment of Mark Hacker as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, effective immediately. Hacker brings more than two decades of experience in legal, regulatory, government affairs, and strategic leadership roles, having most recently served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Motorola Solutions.

During his tenure at Motorola Solutions, Hacker played a critical role in the company’s transformation into a global leader in AI, software, and services. He led high-stakes litigation to protect the company’s intellectual property, built a trusted government affairs presence in Washington, D.C., and helped drive shareholder value during a period of significant change and growth.
