OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valmont® Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI), a global leader that provides products and solutions to support vital infrastructure and advance agricultural productivity, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share payable on July 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 27, 2025. The dividend indicates an annual rate of $2.72 per share.
