The prestigious awards program highlights exceptional achievements by real estate professionals who earned their license on or after January 1, 2023. For 2025, the program will honor outstanding new agents with five regional winners and one national winner, selected based on their innovative contributions and exceptional client service throughout 2024.

Nominations are open now through May 8, 2025. Five regional finalists will be announced in June, followed by the selection of regional winners in July. The national winner will be crowned at RISMedia's 37th Annual CEO & Leadership Exchange this September in Washington, D.C.

Last year’s remarkable winner, Heather Stenson of Connect Realty, exemplified the power of focus and determination. Transitioning from teaching to real estate, she closed 37 transactions and over $7.3 million in sales during her first year.
