Balfour Beatty Communities and U.S. Army Fort Hamilton Celebrate Completion of New Officer Homes

FORT HAMILTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balfour Beatty Communities, a national residential real estate investment and management company and longstanding partner to the Department of Defense, is excited to announce the completion of newly constructed homes for U.S. Army senior leaders at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, NY. The new homes are part of Fort Hamilton Family Homes, the privatized military housing community at Fort Hamilton.

Located within the scenic Officers Row neighborhood, the new homes replace demolished units that were constructed more than 50 years ago and offer updated layouts, modern finishes, and energy-efficient features that elevate the on-base living experience. This marks the completion of a multi-phase project that included exterior renovations to all units located in the community’s Doubleday Village neighborhood.
