Corvias Announces Kolby Stobbe to Oversee Military Housing Portfolio

Accomplished property management leader continues focus on ensuring resident satisfaction, operational excellence and quality of life

BURLESON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corvias, a trusted infrastructure and resiliency partner to the U.S. military and higher education institutions, today announced the promotion of Kolby Stobbe to Senior Vice President of Property Operations, overseeing the company’s military housing portfolio. In this key Corvias Property Management leadership role, Stobbe will be responsible for developing organizational goals, plans and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality property operations across all Corvias-managed military housing communities.

With more than a decade of experience at Corvias, Stobbe has demonstrated a deep commitment to operational excellence and resident satisfaction. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of property management roles across five of Corvias’ seven military installations.

Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President of Property Operations for Fort Riley, Kansas, and Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where her leadership has contributed to thriving communities and strong resident relationships. While serving in that role, Stobbe played a key role in developing a national leasing program to support training and occupancy goals. Her leadership led to a significant occupancy increase, improved service scores, and enhanced compliance and quality control processes. Under her guidance, Fort Riley earned Corvias’ Installation of the Year award three consecutive times, maintained its annual SatisFacts award, and helped drive increased response rates for the Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey across the portfolio.

“Kolby’s dedication to our mission and her passion for enhancing our communities has been evident throughout her time with Corvias,” said Denise Hauck, DOD President, Corvias. “Her experience and vision make her the ideal leader to drive operational consistency and continue delivering exceptional service to our residents.”

In her new role, Stobbe will oversee a portfolio of nearly 22,000 homes across seven military installations, working to improve quality of life for approximately 60,000 service members and their families and leading a team of over 590 employees.

Stobbe holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and has completed advanced leadership training through Leadership Lawton, the National Apartment Association, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is actively involved in the Association of the United States Army and the Corvias Giving Back initiatives, further demonstrating her commitment to the industry and the military families Corvias serves.

Stobbe’s promotion reflects Corvias’ ongoing investment in developing talent and fostering a strong, resident-focused culture across its military housing portfolio.
