Hilgers Graben Elevates Andrew Bean to Litigation Partner, Mike Kuzma to Corporate Partner and Practice Chair

LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hilgers Graben, a leading national law firm, has elevated Andrew Bean and Mike Kuzma to partner in its Dallas and Lincoln offices, respectively, to advance the firm’s litigation and corporate practices.

Mr. Bean has played a pivotal role in the firm’s expansion of its litigation group nationally and throughout Texas. Through his oral advocacy, brief writing, client relationships, and legal acumen he has led multiple case teams to winning resolutions in many contexts. Through his success, he has strengthened the firm's reputation across the region.

He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex, high-stakes cases in both federal and state courts where his advocacy has resulted in millions of dollars for his clients. His decade of legal experience includes clerking for the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Kuzma was elevated to partner and chair of the firm’s corporate practice group. During his tenure at Hilgers Graben he has been instrumental in building the firm’s corporate and Asian language eDiscovery practices.

During his career, Mr. Kuzma has handled complex antitrust and investigation matters advising companies and organizations in the U.S. and Japan. In his new role, he will lead the firm’s corporate group with an emphasis on entity formation and governance, asset and equity transactions, and commercial real estate.
