SymphonyAI Brings Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI to the Edge for Actionable Real-time Industrial Decision-Making, Predictive Maintenance, and Optimized Process Control

New SymphonyAI Capabilities on Microsoft Azure IoT Operations Debut at Hannover Messe

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SymphonyAI, a leader in predictive and generative AI SaaS products for the enterprise, is extending its industry-leading capabilities for manufacturers and deepening collaboration with Microsoft at the edge with Azure IoT Operations. With advanced analytics residing closer to disparate and disconnected data sources, manufacturers can optimize operations, predict equipment failures, enhance overall efficiency, and unlock AI-driven operations.

This collaboration brings SymphonyAI’s industrial data connectivity, contextualization, and Manufacturing Workflow Intelligence capabilities for AI-based insights at the edge. Additionally, SymphonyAI’s Industrial DataOps platform, IRIS Foundry, which recently achieved Microsoft Solutions Partner Designation for Manufacturing AI software certification, is adding agentic AI workflows and industrial vertical templates to help manufacturers accelerate time to value.

SymphonyAI’s edge offering helps manufacturers run the right workloads in the right places, combining cloud- and edge-based capabilities to bring AI into real-time critical processes with low latency. The increased deployment flexibility delivers AI-powered capabilities for industrial data connectivity, standardized contextualization, intelligence at the edge, and workflow automation. Additionally, IRIS Foundry is further tailoring its application ecosystem with specialized templates and data models for asset and process digital twins for petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, food processing, glass, cement, oil & gas, and utilities. These capabilities apply agentic AI and industry-specific templates for major operations and maintenance functions to optimize performance across diverse process industries. By autonomously managing tasks such as predictive maintenance and process adjustments, manufacturers can keep the human in loop for key decisions while off-loading other actions without constant human guidance.

“IRIS Foundry combines industry-leading predictive, generative, and now agentic AI in a powerful industrial data operations platform to transform the way industries manage and use their data for real-time AI-powered insights, optimized operations, and decision-making processes,” said Prateek Kathpal, president of SymphonyAI’s industrial division. “By extending IRIS Foundry to the edge, we are taking bold strides to profoundly and meaningfully simplify our customers’ operational transformation with trusted predictive and generative AI solutions at scale.”

“Extending SymphonyAI’s capabilities from the cloud to the intelligent edge enables manufacturers to accelerate their ability to unlock value from industrial AI,” said Dayan Rodriguez, Corporate Vice President, Manufacturing and Mobility, Microsoft. “Built on Microsoft Azure AI, and Azure Kubernetes Services, SymphonyAI edge deployment provides manufacturers the capabilities and flexibility needed to help our customers optimize processes, improve asset performance, and unlock actionable insights at each site and for the enterprise.”

Hannover Messe attendees can see demonstrations of SymphonyAI hybrid and edge capabilities from March 31 to April 4 at Microsoft’s stand in Hall 17, Stand G06. Attendees can register for a private discussion and demo at https://industrial.symphonyai.com/meet-symphonyai-industrial-at-hannover-messe.
