BWXT Releases 2025 Sustainability Report

LYNCHBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) released its 2025 Sustainability Report today, featuring a new structure centered around People, Planet and Principles. This year’s report highlights BWXT’s efforts as a responsible corporate citizen, including key metrics that underscore BWXT’s ongoing commitment to transparency, insights from employees and community partners and detailed impact stories.

One such story focuses on Training Manager Leslie Barbour, who is located at the BWXT site in Barberton, Ohio. Barbour initiated the site’s Women in Manufacturing employee resource group in 2022. Membership has tripled since, creating “a supportive network that champions every individual’s journey in manufacturing.”
