Sapore’s hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. The main restaurant seats approximately 200 guests, with an additional 40-seat private dining room. A chef’s table for 10, located just outside the kitchen and in full view of the culinary action, features a customized tasting menu.
