Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Acquires Garella Pest Services

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Garella Pest Services, Inc. (Garella) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Staunton, IL, Garella is a leading provider of residential and commercial pest control services. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Garella is positioned for future growth, while continuing to provide high-quality service to customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
