Alaska Communications Launches Bundled Services Perfect for Small Businesses

Bundles are scalable and include unlimited internet, Microsoft 365, voice and help desk options

ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)--According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 99.9% of businesses in the U.S. are small businesses. Although many small businesses are a labor of love, their owners often find themselves working long hours and juggling multiple roles.

“As a technology leader, we want to help Alaska’s business leaders gain peace of mind when it comes to their organization’s connectivity and IT,” said Cindy Christopher, director, managed IT services, Alaska Communications. “Our Small Business Bundles combine our Unlimited Business Internet with scalable combinations of Microsoft 365 licenses and voice products. We’re also offering one complimentary hour of help desk services for new bundle customers.”

In the spirit of efficiency, Small Business Bundles are delivered on one monthly bill, regardless of what add-ons are selected. Customers may choose month-to-month plans or sign a three-year contract.

New bundle customers can take advantage of one complimentary hour of help desk services, which gives them access to a wealth of knowledge from Alaska Communications’ local Alaska-based support team. New customers can also waive the $300 installation fee by signing a three-year contract.

“By delegating connectivity and IT to a trusted partner like Alaska Communications, small business owners gain peace of mind, allowing them to focus on what truly matters – growing their business and enjoying a better work-life balance,” said Christopher.
