Cintas Corporation Wins Uptime Award for Best Competency-Based Learning Program

This marks the fourth time the prestigious Uptime Award has recognized Cintas at its International Maintenance Conference

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) was awarded the Uptime Award for Best Competency-Based Learning (CBL) Program at the International Maintenance Conference in Marco Island, Florida.

The award recognizes Cintas and its efforts to train technicians, front-line operators, operations leaders and senior executives through its Reliability Program. The Reliability Program centers on a four-part equation that supports equipment safety, product quality, process efficiencies, and environmental compliance. Together, they help extend the usable life of some of Cintas’ most capital-intensive equipment.

“Our Reliability Program guides and helps to enhance the safety, productivity and overall quality of the operations at our facilities,” said Mark Bolen, Vice President of Engineering and Sustainability. “It’s an honor to receive the Uptime Award, recognizing our Competency-Based Learning Program supporting our operations.”

“This award reflects Cintas' strong focus on the value and contributions of our Reliability Strategy,” said Eric Ayanegui, Senior Director of Operations Engineering at Cintas. “We ensure the success of our Reliability Training and Development Program through robust mentorship, access to industry-leading tools, and financial investment.”
