Concentra Acquires Physicians Health Center and OM Management

ADDISON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Concentra^®, the nation’s leader in occupational medicine, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Physicians Health Center (PHC) and OM Management (OMM).

• The PHC Airport location at 6221 NW 36^th Street, Virginia Gardens, Florida 33166 will become Concentra Miami Airport.
• The PHC Hialeah location at 6990 NW 37^th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33147 will become Concentra Hialeah East.
• The PHC South Dade location at 1448 North Krome Avenue, Suite 101, Florida City, Florida 33034 will become Concentra Florida City.
• The PHC Kendall location at 7887 North Kendall Drive, Suite 102, Miami, Florida 33156 will become Concentra South Miami.
• The PHC North Dade location at 20535 NW 2^nd Avenue, Suite 150, Miami, Florida 33169 will become Concentra Miami Gardens.
• The OM Management corporate office location will become a satellite office for Concentra’s CMCA group.

Concentra will provide work injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, DOT physical exams, pre-placement exams, and other employer-related health services from its new locations in Miami.
