HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) and Texas Capital Bank will award $100,000 in Heirs’ Property Program grants to the Local Initiatives Support Corporation Houston (LISC) during a ceremonial check presentation this week. Funds will be used to expand and preserve homeownership in Harris County.
