Lovett Industrial Acquires 10.39 acres of Industrial Land, Marking its Inaugural Industrial Development in Nashville’s Market

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, recently announced the acquisition of 10.39 acres of land for the development of Innovation Way Logistics Center, a Class A industrial logistics site in Hendersonville, TN. This marks Lovett Industrial's first venture into industrial development within the Nashville market.

Innovation Way Logistics Center will feature a 107,500-square-foot rear-load building, measuring 215 feet in depth with a clear height of 32 feet. It includes 29 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors with ramps, a 130-foot truck court, and 120 parking spaces. Groundbreaking is expected to take place in July 2025, and the project is slated for completion in June 2026.

Situated along New Shackle Island Road, the property offers direct access to the major interstates I-65 and 31-E, making it an ideal last-mile location for future tenants serving the northern Nashville market.
