Acquisition Enhances Guidepost’s Capabilities Spanning Investigations, Compliance, Monitoring and Security Consulting

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guidepost Solutions, a global leader in domestic and international investigations, compliance, monitoring, and security and technology consulting, announced the acquisition of Pallas Global, a monitorship and consulting firm and the appointment of its co-founder, Bonnie Jonas, as President, Complex Matters. This combination continues to build and enhance Guidepost’s industry-leading suite of capabilities that assist companies in mitigating risks and managing crises.

Founded in 2016 Pallas Global has been assisting corporations and individuals in high stakes matters and crises by tackling problems, mitigating risks, preventing misconduct, and strengthening overall corporate governance and integrity.

As part of the transition, Jonas will be joining Guidepost as President, Complex Matters, bringing her deep experience as a prosecutor, private practice attorney, and compliance consultant.
