Virtus Investment Partners Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.25 per common share for the first quarter of 2025.

The dividend will be paid on May 14, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2025. Future declarations of dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
