Media Advisory: FHLB Dallas and Red River Bank Award $145K in Grants to Help Families Resolve Property Title Issues

METAIRIE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) and Red River Bank will award $145,080 in Heirs’ Property Program grants to Southeast Louisiana Legal Services ($100,000), East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity ($20,080) and the United Way of Southeast Louisiana ($25,000). The funds will enable these organizations to assist low-income families with preventing and resolving heirs’ property title issues in Louisiana. The funds will also help provide simple wills, healthcare directives, training and education.
