Global Supplement to the Prospectus

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 

This Global Supplement contains a list of all existing Funds of Xtrackers (IE) plc (the “Company”), an umbrella type open-ended investment company with segregated liability between sub-funds and with variable capital governed by the laws of Ireland and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank”).

This Global Supplement dated 10 February 2025 forms part of, may not be distributed unless accompanied by (and must be read in conjunction with, the prospectus of the Company dated 15 June 2023 (the "Prospectus") and the first addendum to the Prospectus dated 1 December 2023.
