Former Workday Healthcare Director Joins Three Link Solutions

Ex-Workday Senior Regional Sales Director joins Three Link Solutions as Workday Healthcare Practice Leader

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Three Link Solutions (Three Link), a leader in unlocking the full value and productivity from its customers’ Workday investment, today announced the appointment of Jeff McCauley as its Workday Healthcare Practice Leader. McCauley brings over 30 years of sales leadership experience, including 25 years in enterprise software and the last 10 years at Workday.

In his new role, McCauley will lead Three Link’s healthcare practice, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance the value and impact of Workday solutions for healthcare clients. He will be responsible for expanding Three Link’s healthcare offerings, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering growth through innovative go-to-market strategies.

McCauley joins Three Link from Workday, where he most recently served as the Senior Regional Sales Director in Dallas. In this role, he managed the majors healthcare customer base team, overseeing some of Workday’s largest healthcare clients, including Mass General Brigham, NY Presbyterian, and Memorial Sloan Kettering. He was responsible for an $18 million net new sales quota and over $175 million in annual run rate.

McCauley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma and he is based in Dallas.
