The Arena Group Announces Termination of CEO, Sara Silverstein; Names Paul Edmondson as Interim CEO

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On February 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of The Arena Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AREN) terminated the employment of Sara Silverstein as CEO, effective immediately. As the company rapidly transforms, the Board believes a new entrepreneurial operational strategy is necessary to execute its exciting growth plan. The Board thanks Sara for her contributions as CEO which includes stabilizing the company and has named Paul Edmondson as interim CEO. Paul was formerly the company’s COO and is currently the President, Platform.
